aka shading and highlighting go to hell. why did i choose to do this? haha shading and crap doesn't make any sense. at least she's kinda pretty~

I saw Wicked tonight. Absolutely wonderful performance. Love to Madame Morrible’s, Glinda’s main, and Elphie’s second act dresses.

Madame Morrible’s–love the color and details. And the bustle part!

Glinda’s main dress-It was a silvery blue. And incredible material that caught the light and moved the hue of the dress to that degree. Awesome choice for the dress.

Elphie’s second act dress-It was mostly black, but there were dark shades of different hues. It gave the dress more depth than just plain black.

The lighting was incredible. Superb, magnificent, amazing–who ever did the lights, or helped with them, was a genius.

Fairly interesting how during the scene when Dorothy pours water on Elphie, it was silhouetted. Very very interesting.

“For you see, my room mate is...” “Blonde.” ahaha Elphie is so totally a deadpan snarker.

The last part, with Elphie and Fiyeo walking off together–so much symbolism!

and off to my acting and japanese finals tomorrow.

I like the arts. Aka drama, music, and drawing. I play violin(mine is so pretty, it has honeyed tones), of which I shall someday put pics up of. I can read all four clefs, thanks to advanced music theory. I can barely play piano. I'm planning on picking up viola.

For my drawing arts, I use Manga Studio Ex4, PS Elements 6, and a Wacom Intous3 6x8 drawing tablet. My drawing style is usually shonen-ish, but I'm working on doing other styles, and solidfying my ever fluncuating chibi style.

I like acting. Unfortunately, it takes a while for me to memorize my stuff because for some reason, I memorize cues faster than lines. I'm taking acting at school. Acting is fun fun fun! (yay for developing public speaking skills without taking an outside club!)
